At Xpert0 Industries, we stand behind our digital services. If you're not satisfied, here's our straightforward refund policy:

Refund Eligibility

100% refund: If cancelled within 3 days of purchase and no usage/activity detected
75% refund: If cancelled after 3 days and no usage detected
Partial refund: Refund amount will be calculated based on service consumption
No refund: After 30 days of purchase or if service was fully utilized

How Refunds Work

Submit a request to refund@xpert0.in with your order ID
We'll verify refund request and usage within 2 business days
Once verified, we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 working days

Non-Refundable Services

Custom-developed software/solutions
Services already rendered (e.g., completed consultations/assistance)
Downloadable digital products after access

Important Notes

"Usage" includes API calls, logins, or any measurable consumption
Refund requests must come from the account owner's email
Fraudulent claims will result in account termination
